just enough to work up a sweat really. not truely exerting yourself on any given night, maybe going over technique with a medium weight monday - wednesday. thursday and friday should be absolute rest i'd imagine.

Uhh, I can tell better tomorrow but I weighed 232.4 right now, and I usually lose about 2lbs over night, so technically nothing (I need to be under 231), but I would like to be about 228 just to be sure for scale error.

You're probably right. So you think just some light work with the weights? I'll probably do rack pulls tomorrow to duplicate the 18" deadlift in the contest, but just do them really light. Sound good?

That's scary. I like a little meat but if I girl weighs more than me I can't even look. And when chicks are taller than me, that's just weird since I'm 6'4".

Sounds good, light rack pulls, pull ups and I'll think of something else to do.
