Thanks, rat. I wish I knew more about food pairings to be able to come up with this stuff on my own. I'm trying to figure it out, but I mostly just make new recipes to learn.

Hustle to win, to survive, to create. The hustle makes us grow, improve, strive for something greater. When we hustle we want more, we crave, we want peace, and in the meantime we develop the personal capacity to be peaceful: to let that which does not matter truly slide. Hustle to breathe, day in day out hustle to exist, to make ends meat. Work at it, push hard, improve. Put it all out there and do what you love, push in your whole stack and make huge aggressive leaps toward what you want. Put all your energy into loving what you do and making it work. Fight, struggle, work. Hustle.

The thing about fish you gotta be careful about is that it has a more delecate flavor than other protiens so your sauces can't be super strong otherwise it will over power it.

Don't be scared to try stuff, just put stuff together, if it doesn't work, you learned something, and if it works you learned something then too.

The profundity of the statement should be considered at great length, and such wisdom would best serve in every facet of one's life, not just cooking fish.

Ratman should be named the S&P's official chef, every time I stop by he is dropping some serious culinary knowledge.

Well maybe not when we are talking of firearms, explosives, drinking, or narcotics, or any combination thereof.

I disagree... I think experience speaks VERY highly in situations such as these... of course, you should give increasing weight to common sense, planning, and forethought about what SHOULD transpire as the potential mortality rate rises in an instance. exponentially of course...

This is one of my favorite scenes in a movie, especially where the bobs tell lumberg they think he's not being challenged enough. This scene really drove home how stupid believing such horseshit out of my teachers mouth. "Wow!" I thought, "I'm gonna get fucking fired in the real world!"

Well I would surmise if you are willing to combine explosives and narcotics, you won't have the common sense to put thought into proper saftey. But then again I shouldn't make assumptions.
