Theres a pressure point in there that can be very painful. Obviously due to its location its hard to hit but it supposedly hurts like hell:
site for pressure points
Acupuncture . GV1 . Chang Qiang . Governing Vessel Meridian

Its interesting, to me, chefs, people who cook. I've always been sort of fascinated by people who deal with food for a living, and it doesn't hurt that my family was food-centric growing up. Some occupations I could not care less about, like chemist, or some shit, but after reading Bourdains books, getting a glimpse into what a chef really does- its interesting. The real knowledge of food, what good food really is, how to select it and all that, fascinating.

Rereading the chapter on Scott Bryan and "So you want to be a chef?" in Kitchen Confidential sealed the coffin, so to speak, in my decision to finally go to culinary school.

Have you seen the last episode of No Reservations this season? I think it's the best episode of all the seasons. He goes back to Les Halles and works a double on the line, he even gets Eric Ripert from Le Bernadin to join him. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend you download it.
