I get em about once every 3 months my self. Not bad, but man I couldn't imagine 1 time a month.

Enright, that's probably what I'll do. I still have school to get done though, so Ill stay busy somehow.
I may go to MMA just to watch the class, but most likely not.

I haven't lifted heavy in awhile. I've been running a lot and doing Ross type stuff. I'm kind of in limbo until I meet with my physical therapist (Nov 16).
