?? about Z-squats- I can do singles of 225, maybe 245. I did 10 singles the other night, two sets, for 20 total. Should I lower the weight, or keep it where its at? I'm trying to lift near my 1RM, but need a handle on weights/reps.
By singles, I mean 1 rep, set the bar down, breathe 2 or 3 times, and repeat. I expect to adapt to being able to do pairs, then 3s, etc, then increase weight-
Thoughts???

I bought it. They had... well people here haven't seen it so I won't delve into the nitty gritty.

I hear you, but I was ready to suspend disbelief. These movies can be ripped to shreds if you don't take em for what they are- I mean, he can fly, but can't get the shrapnel out of his chest??
What I liked about it was the casting of an older RDJ, Gwyneth wasn't annoying for once, they didn't have some contrived romance, Bridges kicked ass, and they didn't overdo the 'cutesie' shit- in my humble opinion.

all good points hunto, and I enjoyed the movie. It was good, but it could have been better with a wee bit more critical thinking. the professor on gilligan's island could build a radio out of coconuts but couldn't fix a hole in a boat.
