Aint that the fucking truth. I want to get a red just so I can say I'm even remotely close to competitive in bending, but that shit is ROUGH. I got a couple grade 8's under my belt at this point as well, seems grip strength is the only I've ever been particularly good at.
I Think I'd like to have the strongest hands in the world.... I'm pretty sure that's where I'd like to be in 20-30 years.
I know grip aint your gig any more, but you ever play with any horseshoes? It's braced, but that shit's fun.

You can kink a grade 8 bolt a 1/8" (at least) and have it just spring back to being straight on you, they fucking SUCK.
With the front squats, only you use your two largest fingers to rack the bar, until your flexibility is better.

The more the merrier. I've done it with like 4 people at my table, lol. Sometimes I forget about sex scenes and that can be kind of awkward, have to hit the pause and fastforward real fast.

I'll be up till 6 or 7, so I'm gonna fuck with the weights all night, and squatting is tops on the list tonight.

I think I'm gonna take another stab at the bastard nail. Gonna get some 5/16" CRS and see how short I can bend it at. I'm thinking I may have to start at around 10" and gradually shorten it down to 7... the problem on the reds/bastards is that extra inch, really throws me off...

The dudes that rock out at larkins are rolling frying pans, bending 80d and harder steel/aluminumr bars unbraced, While/during/after cleaning the Inch, passing Blobs from hand to hand, etc. it's fucking ill.
I can bend a 60d like butter, and most folks can't tell the difference between 1/4" steel, because the different alloys go over their head, so why bust myself up?
