I keep quick-cook stuff on hand always. Gr beef, chicken breasts, sausages (mic's in 60 sec)
and field peas- 1 can is 35gr of protein, and with a glass of milk for the necessary amino acids, a 50 gr meal.

Please for the love of god, cook your chicken with the skin on, you don't have to eat the skin if you are so afraid of fat, but it stays much moister with it on.

I use this george forman type grill. For some reason the chicken never dries out, I just throw it in and crank it full power, let it cook for however long and it never burns or gets dry! Is that common?
