Urban, I hear people talk about hammer curls in here, but I also hear that preacher curls will give my biceps a bigger peak. Should I perform these in the 8-10 rep range with 80-85% of my 1RM, or should I gag on a dildo until the gurgling stops?

The best supplement for developing the peak on your biceps is rat poison. Eat it by the boxfull, 6-8 times a day.
