What should I do at the gym today? I'm doing squats, good mornings and pull ups, but can't think of anything else.

My new plan is something like this:

Mon - 5x5 day 1
Wed - light/rehab/unilateral stuff
Fri - 5x5 day 2

I think this will be good.
