The Smolov squat base mesocycle is split. M/W/F/Sat
But I can't make it Saturdays. Do you guys think it's ok if I do M/Tu/Th/F?

I'm not sure of the volume off the top of my head but i've often used 2 on 1 off 2 on splits. Can you make it sundays? maybe just move the cycle forward a day, either way i think you should be fine
