Yeah I was flexing it. But to be honest it doesn't make that big of a difference on me, lol. If anything it shrinks a little because the fat condenses in.

And I care because I want to catch imbalances in the beginning.

As long as you DL more then you squat and squat more then you bench you should be fine. And yes all you freaks out there who bench more then you squat you are FREAKS!!! FREEAAAKSSS!!!!
