Synopsis
A suspense thriller about a couple in a remote suburban house who are targeted by three dangerous masked strangers. The resulting clashes force the couple to go well beyond what they thought themselves capable of in order to survive.
The website I checked out said that it is "contemporary fiction". I couldn't find anywhere that it was based on a true story, but sounds like it certainly could be (somewhat).

Who are these people with sympathy (no Ministry joke) who are always going beyond what they thought they could to defend themselves? Have most people never been in a violent situation? Shit, I know plenty of women who've taken worse ass woopins than I'd ever had to handle.
Unless we're talking BDSM.

I'm gonna hafta break down and get that 1500# Jesup bar to go any higher. It'll be a while before I am ready to add weight, but this bars at its limit.

Maybe they had to eat disgusting things to escape, like grubs and shit...

585 moves about a half an inch.
But.
I think it does my CNS good to be exposed to loads like that, so that, for example, a DL attempt of 475 or 495 won't be such a shock.
Am I far off in thinking this???

the conversation ending phases:
-you're sitting down, decide the talk is over and get up to leave
-then you spend another large chunk of time conversing while standing
-slowly you make your way to the door and again spend more time talking there
-once outside of the building/house you talk even more
-finally you get into your car and the people stand there, blocking you from shutting it so you're forced to talk even longer
-you back up anyway and run over their foot and that's that

What equipment should I buy first? I'm thinking ****l log, yoke, farmer's handles and an axle to start. Then get a keg from a BD in town. Any one have any input?
Strongman equipment I'm talking only by the way.
