3" platfom deads+get your squat up=600 dead for you.
I reckon once my squat is back in the 7's, my pull will be closing in on 8, if I don't get fucking fat again.

I think the transistion from PL squats and SLDL, to ATG back squats and front squats is a good reason for the stagnation in my deads actually.
I think i'm on the way though, i've hit 445x5 and 455x3 already since working on DL's again

NO! When you use the thick bar you use a dbl OH grip, at most mixed grip, no straps.
I can only pull 360 dbl oh on a 2" bar

Not to sound full of myself, but read my post about yanking 7 bills. If you do that, with some more squatting and glute/ham work than I did, your DL will sky rocket.

Dude you've been full of yourself all night, i'm surprised you haven't made sweet love to the mirror yet...
seriously i do need more glute ham work and have been keeping with it and the squats are slowly climbing with basically a rep PR or something a week. Just needed some deload time before fighting for a DL PR again

I'll do whatever the fuck I want, I'm 15 months and 12 days clean, I am freaky strong at sub 250, and I feel like being a douche.
I'd take 2-3 weeks off heavy deads from the floor before I went for a PR again. And REST between lifts, even singles.

Gotcha. I was using the thick bar the other night to max out on shrugs, just to see- I got 2 new 45s, and that brings me to 585 on my regular Oly bar (which bends a little with that weight) and to increase it, I used my thick bar, which weighs 40 more pounds- to get to 625- and couldn't budge it up, strapped to it. But I may try again with the oly bar, and maybe tie some standard 25s to it with cord to add weight.
