I'm digging my BA. That's all I've taken in the last 4-6 weeks or so, and my gains and recover have been pretty good.
I couldn't find it on fitnessone though. The website is kinda lame, takes forever to load.
With BA: Dave Barr was saying to only take it after, but I find doing it before helps. Maybe it's psychological, but I feel I lift better, and my wind seems better too.

Ohh you got some good stuff:
Buckethead, Dizzee Rascal, Jedi Mind Tricks, my ex loves Silversun Pickups, Within Temptation nice.
If you like Buckethead I would recommend Captain Beefheart and Frank Zappa - stuff like that. Its not as shreddy but theres some weird tracks on there you might like.
Dizzee Rascal - erm get more of his albums hes good.
Jedi Mind Tricks - Look up Army of the Pharaohs its basically Vinnie Paz and some other guys, some good tracks.
Within Temptation - Theres alot of similar bands to them like Nightwish and Evanescence off the top of my head.
Some random recommendations, T-Rex/Marc Bolan, David Bowie, John Frusciante's solo work, RHCP Discography. For rap check out Mos Def and MF Doom.

YouTube - Tupac ft. Snoop Dogg - 2 of amerikaz most wanted
That song causes more drug love in me than any other. I had so many wild times involving that song.
As far as whole albums, as in not shit I burned, it's a tie between Best Thang Smokin by Young Dro and Future Sex Love Sound by Justin Timberlake. Strippers love to get to "work" in your living room if there are narcotics and JT involved!!!!!

Dude, I just read thread titles and what not. I know a lot of people think it's bunk, but a few totally swear by it, and that's about all. I remember reading something about some bunk shit going around too.

All that is good. RJD2, Bus Driver, Von Doom.
Most commercial hip hop is shit these days. That stuff rules though.
