I designed a bridge out of popsicle sticks in middle school. Everyone else's bridge broke, but the teacher ran out of weight with mine and it survived.

My balsa wood bridge did not survive

My gussets rocked too. Maybe I shouldn't have glued it together the night before.

I think Chase has an Excel template in his BB.com log. The exercise descriptions may be somewhat easier to follow than on the elitefts page. Otherwise just give "cultivation of the arms lying" and "knee-bends with a scissors" a shot.

We did one out of toothpicks and elmer's glue, and we built a mini- overhead truss, then marinated the whole thing in the left over Elmer's. The fucker bent like crazy, but it was the only one that didn't break.
