You're really saying that there's more of a connection between Austria/Switz & Italy, than with Germany?

Theres more Italians in Switzerland than any other foreign people, a good sized part of southern Switzerland is Italian speaking and basically culturally Italian (Ive been there myself). All our group games are in Switzerland, its like an hour away from Italy. Its about as close to it being a home game without actually being a home game.
