Hello to all. Anyone have any good tips for learning how to NOT GM out of the hole during Squat? When I pyramid'd'd'd up to my max today I managed to strain my back because of it. It happens at lower weights aswell, but to a lesser extent. And yes, I've watched the Squat RX vids on youtube... any other ideas?
I'm pretty sure NK always said that means you have weak quads because your back is trying to take over the movement. So...front squats and/or lunges.
