It goes good. I need to start really working at the knee work to get it back in shape, i need to lift and i neeed to spar

And to lorenz, squeeze your glutes.

Oh, ok yes I can walk fine.. I just meen that I got a minor "pain" or twinge, nothing serious at all... just would like to avoid it getting worse.

If you're doing them right, they should replace back squats for that workout.
