do it you wimp, or at least a fairly short buzz. I cut mine to 3/8 or so, there's still enough hair to hide my terribly misshapen head, but also not enough to be a distraction. Anyway I dye my hair and it only takes about 3.5 weeks for it to be grown out again. Kind of a curse and a blessing to have fast growing hair.

I've read about people throwing up after cardio- I passed out after a lift tonight, shrugging. I set the bar down, and my left leg just melted, like LIMP and the right followed, I remember thinking, ' Better lie flat.' LOL After a few sec, I got up, and was ok.

The closest I've come to passing out was at a judo session. Inside the hot dojo, wearing the heavy gi, over 100 degrees. After a few randori matches I was wobbly as hell. I think that was closer to a heat stroke than over exertion however.
