Hmm tomorrow i'm working out a commercial gym for the first time ever with some broad. It sucks that i'm injured, although this would probably be an opportunity to use machines for rehab purposes.
My thoughts:
Cable machines and go nuts on the Face Pulls
Some random press machiens should probalby be kinder on the wrist as well.
I can't think of anything else i should take advantage of though.
I'm actually not sure what i should do with a achey wrist and a bum knee.
My thoughts:
Rows, Shrugs, Pullups, RDLs?, TGUs, High rep DB Pressing/Rowing
Perhaps a chance to make use of a GHR or Roman Chair as well?
