It's funny 'cause it's true.
I remember when I turned 21, I decided on vodka as the liquor of the night. At first I was drinking cheap shit and cringing, then after I got wasted I got some good shit straight and I couldn't even taste it. Although that's probably the exact opposite of how you're supposed to do it...

A myth perpetuated by high end vodka peddlers. Ethanol itself is a liver and brain toxin and is largely responsible for the hangover effect. If it's liquor, and your drinking it in high enough quantities that the other trace products of fermentation are able to present a danger to your health, you are in a coma or on your third liver. I'm not saying that you should buy Kamchatka vodka, but if I'm going to spend $40 on good booze it will be something who derives it's price from unique character, not lack thereof.
I usually just buy Stoli and use it for martinis and the like.

Ok. Not bad, nice rolling hill, trees, great produce. I am a little bored though, I feel more comforable in a big city and quite frankly Lancaster isn't "big" enough for my ambitions.

Fair enough. I've shifted back towards Tequila lately, Zapopan $26 special. It's not great tequila but it's not Cuervo Gold.

I can understand that, Lancaster as I recall was a lot of rolling farmland and greenery.

One night I woke up in my room, naked, sitting on the floor propped against the corner of the wall, covered in my own vomit. I swear to God I was hungover for 2 days. That was the worst aftermath ever. So much fucked up things happened that were recounted to me later that I have no recollection of to this day. Luckily I never made it to "hospital drunk".
