My habits precede me.
Yes, I am Ian, but I had a rough night with a headache, and slept from about 7pm till 1am. I'll probably be dozing off again in the next hour or so.

Well damn I guess my advice sucks then.
But yeah I do this instinctually.

Don't bother, there's no training in there anyway

When I do a back squat I think of sitting back, and then down. It's kind of hard to think of it that way at first and it almost feels there are two stages to the back squat, but after a bit you can get the hang of it. Most of the old school guys and the IPF guys squat this way. You can get super deep and still activate the posterior chain.

Hmmmm.... the best way I can describe exactly what I'm doing.... I start to sit back, like I was getting on a T-bar at the ski hill. If you've never skied, then nevermind.... I push my hips back a bit, then straight down.
I guess I should vid. it and get you guys to critique it. I just started doing the lower ROM lately, but I don't know if it's worth it then, if I'm not hitting the Post. Chain...
Hmmm, Fuck.

Usually feeling tension in your PC near the bottom of the lift is a good indication if you're getting it right.
