Yeah I'm not bad, hows tricks over there.

How sunny is it across the pond at 6 am?

On a side note I woke up at 6.20 this morning, but was tired and decided to be lazy and not train, reset my alarm for 7.55 and went back to sleep

Its not really the same as a back squat in my experience. If you begin your front squats by sitting back, your torso leans forward and transfers all the weight onto your wrists, which is a painful experience. As Donut said you really have to sit straight down.

Thinking of it in this fashion took me from cerebral palsy boy to a pretty decent front squat form ASAP.
That's how I've been doing all my squats lately. It's harder (my numbers have dropped a bit) but I'm actually hitting ATG now (or pretty close, anyhow).

Now that my dead and bench is "decent', and my knee is doing well, I plan on getting my squat up over the summer.

It's pretty fucking sunny right now. Cold as fuck (frost on ground), which makes for a very chilly bike ride to work. But it's def. BBQ season.

It's serious. Don't choke yourself with the barbell but it definitely should be pressing in on your throat a little.
