I need to get into front squats.
I think I lean to much when doing back squats and don't have the right mental set up as it were to position the bar properly for front squats. When I try, I end up taking too my strain on my wrists (infact all of it). I haven't managed to work out how to position it on my clavicles and just keep it there with my hands.

I like wrist wraps for heavy benching. Especially if I'm squatting heavy. They're super easy to put on, at least the 24", the 36" I have needed somebody else to put on, but I've only used those a handful of times and don't own a pair.
I like inzer wraps for both wrists and knees, most people disagree.

Even when you get the bar sitting on your clavicles (I'm sure I do, I have big red bar marks after a set) its still uncomfortable on the wrists, just from the position they're in. Back when I used to hit things semi-regularly I found that a lot of wrist strain, so maybe go with Smash's suggestion and get some wrist wraps....

If you can't do up your wrist wraps, then you don't need wrist wraps, you need a helmet, one which you should be forced to wear at all times for your own protection.
The wraps aren't expensive, but shipping's a bitch, APT charged me a total of $50, 60% of which was shipping. Inzer of Titan might be cheaper for shipping, they do make pretty good wraps as well. You can get Titan Ti wraps (pretty good) from Pullum for around a tenner, as they're in this country shipping shouldn't be too bad.

You gotta push the bar up against your throat.

It's 6:00 am here and I'm actually awake. Funny how all the "regulars" (to me, anyhow) aren't here.
Fuck I'm sleepy... coffee....
