Shit. I was all ready to dump squats too.

I really dislike squatting. I'll continue to do it, but it's like running to me- I hate it I hate it I hate it. I'll pull all day long but something in me rebels against getting under a barbell with 2,3,or 400 lbs on it.

Yeah, out for a drink later tonight but got bloody paper work the needs doing and up tomorrow to train and then teach a class.

They need to invent an extra day in the week (preferably a weekend day)

I think my wrists just need to limber up again. My legs are fine. i can squat 110 for a few without much notice, but the wrists just don't like it at all

edit- what about zercher squats from the floor. Great ROM and you are squatting all the way down, just in a wider stance
