Everyone else: have any of you used piracetam, tyrosine, or any other nootropic before lifting/fight training? Is it worth it?

It's the only way, people can't control themselves, and won't, because very few can grasp how their actions affect others.

It won't change, either, until the general theme and drives behind civilized life become something other than easy access to personal satisfaction...
See, I'd be majorly opposed to any control of breeding, sterilization, population control etc. on the grounds that its an unwarranted interference in the lives of citizens.

However, the culture of a nation should be such that these measures are unneccessary. People should control themselves because thats what they do, what their fathers did and their fathers before them. Measures such as the UK's welfare state have actually spoiled what was a fairly good and ordered culture that used to exist in this country. Absolutely the welfare state should exist. Conversely, every citizen should be doing their level best to never ever have to use it. Not relying on it as most do today.

You need, I think, to seperate the third world from the western world in this discussion. The differences are massive and the third world has a lot more problems to account for. If we can solve the third worlds problems over Sherdog I'd be a bit suprised. (I know I lumped the 2 togther originally, my bad)

Feel better now that you've had your welfare rant?

These sentiments do not agree with each other. By having a welfare state you remove the consequence of being a lazy sack of shit.
