How long did you train judo?
and i'm about same size height wise as the majority of the opponents i'd face.

I usu am up all night but will go day schedule for short periods of time. I nabbed some 100-proof sun a couple weeks ago, perfect blue clear skies and sun- I soaked it up. Kinda shakes off the vampiric white from winter night schedule.

Maybe like 5-6 years in total, kind of on and off. O soto gari is a very popular reaping throw and is used to win a lot of matches, especially by beginners.

I burn. Being irish and all.
It feels nice waking up in the morning (12pm-3pm depending) and walking outside for a nice stretch in the sun.

ooof my wife does too- italian features on irish skin. My greek skin will take it all day long and just get darker- if I do succeed in burning, it merely peels and leaves a tan. But I have to be careful now- with my belly, I get weird white lines in my fat rolls.

lmao... not even close.
I got up to a white belt with a yellow stripe. Whenever I took a break I'd come back and just buy a new belt, when the subject of ranking came up I always declined it. That wasn't important to me at all.
Besides the belt tests were pretty much a joke. You get a partner (a willing one) to demonstrate throws that the sensei calls... in japanese. It's not like live randori and actually battle testing yourself. More of a memory test than anything.
I could compete with people down there of any level though. Sure the experienced black belts were defeating me handedly, but even high level brown belts I could match and beat quite often. To me, the actual fighting was better than some belt. And I could enter tournaments of open rank so the white belt was not an issue.

"So how do you measure yourself against other fighters?"
"By height."

My brother seems to be able to tan well. He's pretty metro though... Goes to the tanning salon, waxes his chest and stomach (and other regions I'm sure), gets pedicures. Actually that's kind of a funny story. Post bootcamp in the marines, he's stationed over in virginia. When the boys head into town he decides to get a pedicure.
So as he's sitting in the salon chair, with the little asian woman doing her work, all the other marines just watched and made fun of him for it. He probably still catches shit for that but he's fine with it.

I left a little 10"/100w sub in there, mainly just to keep the flag staked in that corner. Aluminum coned 15" with dual voice coils- each VC has a 350w plate amp on it, for 700 total, in a stuffed 6 cu ft sealed sonotube enclosure. When I called Parts Express, I asked them about running the amps at 2 ohm load, since each VC is 2 ohm on this sub. They said it wouldn't live long, but it would put out between 350 and 400 watts at 2 ohm. That was in 2003. I never mounted the amps inside the enclosure- I mounted them on a board screwed to the wall, spaced away from it, with a small fan blowing up behind them. Nary a problem with them. The 15 square solobaric also has a plate amp on each VC, but they're 4ohm coils, so it sees only 540 watts. In a 6 cu ft stuffed sealed enclosure, it moves plenty of air.

That's a lousy subwoofer for home use. Kickers sound like shit. You're much better off with something with a lower Fs in a ported enclosure on a budget pro amp such as a Behringer EP1500 or EP2500 which is stable to 2 ohms.
