Unfortunately if I do stage at the Fat Duck it wont be for like 3 years, and I'll most likely be working 70+ hours a week, but it's short term, I can always take a week after and get bombed. And get wedgied. __________________

Yes. Basically I want o pay off the car, work in philly and NYC for a year each to get some experience and save money. Then head off to France to stage in a few michellin starred kitchens. The fat Duck has 3 (the most you can have) and Buthemel does some interesting stuff with molecular gastronomy. Really the only place I want to in England is the Fat Duck. Ramsay and Marco Peirre White are notoriously abusive and Marco assaulted cooks before so I don't want to go to either of their places. __________________
