When I had plantar fascitis, one recommended exercise was to place a towel on the floor and wad it up with your foot, scrunching your toes together and drawing the towel towards you. Or wad newspaper up with your foot. Other than that, shoes. You cannot spend enough when you're on your feet all day.

Just chillin' out.
I'm thinking of lifting during BJJ class when other people are sparring, this way i'll still be really fresh since the technique/drilling isn't very intense, and i'll also be wamred up from all the movement.
Plus i'll be able to rest some of my injuries while getting a bit stronger.

I think my weight is about 185 right now, people are telling me i feel really strong on the mats nowadays, which is nice. Also getting lots of compliments on my game as a whole. One of our blackbelts told me ic ould probably get my BB in 5 years.
Just need to take care of myself/

you really think so?
i've never bothered todo anything about it, i used to have orthotics when i was a kid, b ut not anymore.
Do you do anything for your flat feet?
