I got an odd question. Anyone got any advice on foot strengthening? I'm not used to being on my feet all day, and I've had shin splints and foot problems in the past. I'd like to insulate my feet from injury.

Damn. 661 front squat. No spotters, or power rack. I feels so weak right now.

good shoe insoles, feet stretching where you sit down, take an old bike tube (or something similar, a towel, etc.) and place it around the ball of your foot. From there you pull back on it with your arms while resisiting with your foot, then extend the foot all the way to toes pointing straight and back.
I have flatfeet so shin splints and feet problem are an issue anyway.
