I've tried the oats + eggs + microwave before, and didn't quite enjoy it at all.

Whats your eggs to oats ratio?

My breakfast is:

frosted mini wheats and a shake with the following:

blackberry juice
protien powder
beta-alanine
creatine
banana
frozen berries
flax seed powder
sometimes oats

I've been having chocolate milk for breakfast lately, because allergies kick my ass and I'm already not a morning person.

I wish the grocery store by my office had something I could get and whip up at work to replace my oatmeal though besides donuts.
