APT (google them) - buy their 36" convicts, best wrist wraps I've used by a mile and I've used pretty much every major brand (Inzer, ****l, Titan all inferior to convicts IMO).

I put the thumb loop over my thumb, then go round and round my wrist til I run out of material and the velcro seals them up. I'm not really sure what else to tell you, I try to get the middle of the wrap over the wrist joint and make them as tight as possible.
Actually the wya I tension them before a heavy set it to partially unwrap the wrap around my opposite hand in the opposite direction so I can just spin my hands round each other (Think the whole popeye style multiple punch to the jaw technique) while maintaining a constant tension and get all the slack out of my wraps.

Yeh I bought those APT ones, theyre good - by using them I was able to train and my wrist pains went away with some regular icing and now I can lift without them but I still use them as a precaution.

I see. I just feel like the 36" ones bulk out so damn much, it's weird, like I'm wrapping a knee wrap around my wrist or something.

I have the 20" ones, I think. The 36" would be too much for my girly wrists.

Once you get used to them they're so much morew comfortable to lift in than any other wraps I've ever used. On thew other hand I'm probably a little more cautious than most thanks to my wrist condition.
