wow.
I think i need to work towards not being such an injury ridden POS all the time. Not sure how i should go about that though.
My initial thoughts:
Address posture issues
Address any flexibility issues
Strength Training - General strength + shoulder + knee prehab type stuff
Other ideas? Or suggestions on anything i metnioned?
