you know, the air force physical fitness test can be reduced to riding an exercise bike if you're unable to complete the regular exercises.

wow.

I think i need to work towards not being such an injury ridden POS all the time. Not sure how i should go about that though.

My initial thoughts:
Address posture issues
Address any flexibility issues
Strength Training - General strength + shoulder + knee prehab type stuff

Other ideas? Or suggestions on anything i metnioned?

Strengthen your muscles so they don't get tweaked. Also do chest expander stuff, I do that occasionally and it really seems to help. Especially in the shoulders.

Probably, but all i decided was to just not train as much to reduce some of the volume.
Now i'm going to try and lay out a proactive plan for after i take my little time off here.

Chest expander? Like the one they mention in "Fight Club"? Or, like, Pull Overs?
