I think i may have to just take a week or two off of jiujitsu adn let my body heal. In the past month i'v eincurred some form of injury or hav ebeen dealin with an old injury to my : wrist, neck, shoulder, wrist, elbow, low back and now my knee.
The hard thing is that now training all the time is part of my daily life, so i'm not quite sure what i can be doing instead...
