Not that we can do much bobbing and weaving in MT, but I still like to work head movement and I do it pretty well sometimes.

Got it brandon, thanks. See those slips I could actually use cause it's not a full weave where I would eat a knee to the jaw. I like the angling out part, I've never focused on that, I may do it unintentionally as in circling though.



I just realized that since this thread has been moved to training logs, my post count is never going to go up.

Very rarely will you need to go lower than that with a weave if you time it properly. A lot of guys bend over at the waist and end up staring at your hips they get so low, but it's not necessary in boxing and is downright dangerous in MT as you know.. Try some out, it's a U motion with the upperbody, slight bend with the knees... and the angling out is huge, it'll help big time as an escape route and set-up for counters (you're already set to attack while your opponent has to be turning towards you.. that's MONEY)
