Q: I filed my return on time, but still haven't gotten my rebate. The schedule says I should have gotten it by now.
A. The IRS says the payment schedule only applies if your return was received and the IRS finished processing your return before April 15. If you filed your return on time, but close to the April 15 deadline, the IRS may not have finished processing it before April 15. If you're expecting a regular tax refund, the IRS will send that to you first. The tax rebate will follow about a week or two later. If you're not expecting a regular tax refund, your stimulus payment should arrive a minimum of six weeks after you filed your return.

Q: What happens to my rebate if I requested a Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL) from my preparer?
A: If you use RALs or enter into any other loan or financial agreement with your tax professional, you won't get your rebate direct deposited. The IRS will send you a paper check even if you requested direct deposit.

Q: What if I owed money for tax year 2007, didn’t send a check to pay my taxes, will I still get a stimulus check?

A: Depends. If you owe $900 and the IRS is scheduled to send you $1500, you should expect $1500 minus the $900 you owe. The IRS should send you a letter detailing this.

Q: If I owed taxes this year and didn't sign up for direct deposit, how will I get my rebate?
A: If you did not provide the IRS with your bank routing number and account number on your tax return, then you'll get a paper check by mail. If you owed taxes but still provided the IRS with your bank information, then your rebate will be directly deposited.

Q: I filed for an extension. When will I get my rebate?
A: If you filed for an automatic six-month extension, you won't get your rebate until you've filed your tax return. "That's the bottom line for anybody," an IRS spokesman told me. The IRS strongly urges taxpayers to file their returns by the extended due date of Oct. 15 if they want their rebate this year.

Q. The notice I received shows that I should have gotten more than the government actually deposited into my bank account. Did something go wrong?

A. It could be that the amount deposited into your bank account was what remained of your stimulus payment after it was offset for money you owed on back taxes or other debts such as a student loan or child support. If this is the case, you'll receive an additional notice, providing details on the offset.

Q: I had a third party prepare my taxes? Do they get the refund and then send it to me?

A: I can’t find a good answer to this. If the member has something called an Emerald Card with HR Block, which is like a debit card where their refund was deposited (???) the stimulus amount would be applied to the debit card. Otherwise, it goes directly to the individual.

Q: Is this stimulus check free money?

A: No! It’s a one time tax cut, it applies to your anticipated tax refund for 2008. It’s complicated, but basically the government wants you to spend money now rather than letting them charge you too much for your taxes this year. They are borrowing the money for you, in a sense, whether you want to borrow it or not. The stimulus payment is not taxable, and it won't reduce your 2007 or 2008 refund or increase the amount you owe when you file your 2008 return. The stimulus payment will not be counted as income for tax purposes.

Even though I dont know your question Bubbles I can tell you that, problems with the defensive part of crazy monkey is usually easilly solved by going through so you have proper hunchback stance and proper arm movements and such, its the most easy system for feeling safe in sparring fast andavoid taking punishment, so far so good. But I can tell you that the real challenge for you if you are a grappler that is coming in and wants to utillise the easy to learn CM system against superior strikers in mma, the problem or should I rather say challenge will always be to learn to counter from it, and also realise that it is a deffensive system, -BUT- it is a highly fucking offensive system for people with pop in their fists that are moving forward, if you just shell up, back up, get imobile then you are going to get fucked up. So simple countering drills and also agresiveness, being able to punch -from it- and moving forward with vengeance and going from punching to clinching and back and forward. Thats pretty much the second layer of the system and where the real meat lies, its also the parts that takes time and are challenging...
