No specific rules outside that of any other forum, If you are making a pic thread it will be moved to P&M but for posting fail pics when someone does something stupid, as long as you're not postwhoring with like alot then no issue

It walked back over to me (keep in mind the chair sat very low so I was eye level with the dog) and it lunged, I got my shoulder up in time and it bite me there.
Since then, I've had a fear of dogs which sucks as I love pooches. Growing up I vollunteered at the SPCA on weekends and we always had dogs when I was growing up. Stoopid akitas.

Yeah that sucks. I was attacked by 2 akitas when I was out walking my bosses dog the one day, like 2000 I think. Their fucking owners left the damn back gates to their property hanging wide open and they basically attacked everyone that walked by.
Really you have to look at what a dog was meant to do. Akitas were bred to guard and fight they don't really have a purpose outside of that. Likewise I know a husky is going to run and pull and I wouldn't let a child walk one. Things like that are good to know.

When people refer to "pre-hab" here in S&P, do they meen warming up the joint/muscle, and stretching?... or something completely different?

When I say prehab, I'm refering to any exercise(strength, stretching, mobility, etc) with it's specfic intent to correct issues/im balances BEFORE they lead to injury, where those excercises are outside of the "normal" scope for building general strength. If that makes sense.
