I don't know the details on random number generator tests. Most random number generators iterate on a given seed number. I'm not sure how the seed number is selected.

There are good and bad things about the school.

I have heard some real horror stories but personal I have never run into anything bad from having gone there.

The entire concept of randomness is really a fallicy. Every event in our world has an underlying probability, linked to cause and effect. That being said The purpose of "randomness" is often to fairly pick a item/person/number/card, etc. out of a set according to it's population compared to the group, without predesignating the said result. In that sense it does exist, however the tools we use to do this will always be imperfect, because true randomness does not actually exist.
