Several things I'll be trying on thursday, the next day I'm out training. I'm going to us my u-lock contrapion as the WFD this time. The handle rotates ever so slightly on my WFD chain thingy, it's enough to make grip an issue when I'm trying to apply major torque on it. Also, I'll try wearing my Rugby cleats, as I've had numerous people telling me to give this a whirl. Allows me to pivot still, but my feet won't slip out from under me either.
