and fresh pasta; basically all western pasta, minus that new wave hippie crap. Though I try to restict my pasta eating for post workout so the starch factor isn't an issue.

Ah gotcha. Do you bother going for whole grain or do you just go with run of the mill stuff?

Just the normal stuff. I can't stand the grainy texture of the whole wheat stuff. There is a company that makes a lower GI pasta without the fibery texture of most whole grain pastas, but I don't remember the name of it. When eating starch post workout I don't really see the point of having added fiber anyways, as the lack of fiber is what makes it good for those times.
And my video card is on the fritz, which is my que to go to sleep.
