I want to get on a day schedule for a bit- be up at 10am tomorrow, do it for a few days. Do I:

A: take a pill and go to sleep
B: take a pill and stay up

If I take nothing I'll be up till 6am or so, and crash till 3 or 4pm. I have Lunesta to go to sleep, and Provigil to stay awake.

Thoughts? Condemnations?

Hunto, back when I was a WoW addict, if I wanted to readjust my hours I'd just stay up 36 hours or so and crash at like 5pm and get up at 9am.
