Good point. I might have to subscribe to your newsletter.

I think I need to up the DL volume and do a lot more rep sets. For a lot of people, deep squats have a lot of carry over to the DL, but that does not seem to work for me.

Do you ever go through periods where you do a lot of high rep stuff? I think after I finish this cycle of heavy singles and doubles, I'll switch it up to doing lots of reps but still using the same exercises.

I do some high rep work. I usually do a lot of high rep back work - mostly rows. I try to do 1-arm rows with 20-30 reps, and I use straps. I usually mix in high rep bench or press. I've never really done a lot of high rep squats or deads.

Well I'm getting too fat. So I think I'll get back on the diet and do some conditioning, at least to the point where I can do more than 10 bodyweight squats.
