Ah yes, its that time of year.
I did not
I was busy out and about and filling in forms (there is A LOT of paper work with the army I have found). I need to think up some good answers for my CV

Imagine... studying... for exams....
I had a good weekend; watched the Chelski-ManU match then dinner with friends on Sat. Sunday was sleeping off the hangover.

Trained saturday, trained sunday.
Despite icing several times a day and avoiding skipping/running I still have shin splints.

Yeah its going mate
Filling in forms for sponsorship and for aosb briefing which will be the end of june.
I need to get back into my running but this virus is still knocking me for six. Its bloody annoying
If briefing goes well I'll have main in august and then I'll be going in in january. But one thing at a time.
Nice to have something to work towards, but lack of time (teaching monday-thursday after work) means I'm low on time

Thats really all I would suggest, but doing them off a step for extra ROM.
That and don't rush back into running and skipping
