The weird part is my back, chest and yoke look huge. I know the coke had a lot to do with the weightloss, but I musta done something by accident to keep on a fair bit of lean mass.

It's futile. The minute my squat and bench go back up, I'll start gaining weight like crazy. When I actually train I grow really fast. My goal though is to do it just a little cleaner this time. Because I look pretty good for a fat dude right now, and I figure if I just keep the excess calories in the quality calorie category I can put on size more slowly, but without all the lard. And boobs. And all that. __________________
