I don't disagree in theory. It obviously comes down to good business practices, it it wasn't fair to some degree no one would come. Thats how it should be. The problem with any large organization is that you have to delegate responibility and hope that those whom you have delegated it too wield their authority with a fair even hand, because you can't be everywhere at once. Eventually as things grow they tend to take on a life of their own though.

Have you tried Evan Williams. One of my favorite good and cheap whiskeys.
