I used the Gimp. it's free software and works in windows. I could've done better with photoshop and more time but that's expensive and I don't feel like pirating it.

I'm in TN, Cap'n. It's warm here. I wear jean shorts 'cause they're comfortable, sturdy, and I can put a belt through 'em. When I'm wearin' regular jeans (ie. most the rest of the time), I'm wearin' cowboy boots. You dont like it, you can kiss my ass.
