I've got a custom-made wind tunnel from my heatsink to a 120mm fan on the side of my case.

Keeps it cold as a witch's tit.

My front fans were too loud (pulling air through the grate), so I took them out. Now I don't have any fans on my HDs, but haven't had any problems yet (over a year).

Plus, as die size keeps shrinking, cooling becomes less of an issue.

It has a front slot for a fan (I just have to buy an extra one and put it in). About the processors, those run a lot cooler than my shitty P4.

Edit: Hopefully the front fan on mine will be quiet. I'd be pissed if it's not.

Iw atched a few seasons of Scrubs in English. In the German translation Elliot speaks Danish as German wouldnt make sense. But in the original version it is German.
In one episode she mimics the German milkmaid. I watched this clip about 20 times with a friend and we couldnt stop laughing. Although it is pronounced pretty well.
And the German brohters who are in this episode speak the worst German ever. Even the grammar is screwed.

Ahh, I assumed they were still getting hotter. I don't really keep up to date with this stuff.

Hey dudes.

So, I start MMA back next week I am hoping. When I get my own transportation, I plan on training 4 nights a week in MT, 3 nights a week in BJJ, and 1 day with private instruction from a boxing coach (haven't ran this one by my Dad though).

I really don't wanna start a new thread in S&P or conditioning, but how would you guys go about powerlifting, as well as conditioning and MMA? Im thinking of a 2 day split for PLing and 1 day of Guerilla cardio or HIIT for conditioning. Thoughts? Is conditioning even necessary if Im doing MMA that much?
