It's not only lack of sleep. I have to stick around from 9 to 6 and often later for calls, waiting for reviews etc. But most of my work could be done at home. Also, I can't really get non-work stuff done during the day, because my company is not in the city center, it's in an office district, i.e. no barbers, shops etc., I have to do all that stuff in the evening/weekends.
