I made my amateur MMA debut March 8th of this year. I ordered (or attempted to order) the following from titlemma.com:
gauze
scissors
towel (now a shit rag, for reasons you'll read about soon enough)
1 pair XL Throwdown Fight Shorts
1 pair XL Sprawl Fight Shorts

I got everything except the Throwdown fight shorts. The good people at Title did not contract me via e-mail, phone, etc to let me know that they were out of stock. I found out when I opened the box. Thankfully the Sprawls were in stock.
Strike one.

Going against my better judgement and looking for a good deal, I saw that the Title thai pads were on sale. (see other thread above) and listed as In Stock. I ordered a pair to have on hand for our school's fight team when we are travelling, use at home, etc. I also ordered a Twins Steel cup for a fighter who is fighting next week. Title offers a free T-shirt w/ any order, so I opted to get that as well.

I get a call yesterday telling me both items are out of stock and will be until June. When I call them back today, I canceled out my order and that was that, or so I thought.
Strike 2

I check my e-mail tonight, and the motherfuckers charged me for the supposedly free T-shirt, and its already in transit. The "free" T-shirt is, with shipping, $21.00!
Strike FUCKING three!

I've yet to hear back from their customer service regarding the problems with this order, but Title has definitely lost me, my fight team, and hopefully your business until they get their shit together.

...and they'll refund the $21.00 if you ship the shirt back. (costing you shipping) Can you refuse the package and it return to them?

You're not the first person I've read complain about titlemma....
