i want my wrist, shoulder, and back to heal up so i can start lowbar squatting again. oh and pressing.

Injuries are one of the few reasons to use machines. When my knee was fucking up and giving out I used a horizontal leg press. For shoulders, so what ya can, even if it's Getups and waiterwalks and the like.

If they're really fucked, focus on running (grass obviously).
