I've been kicking around a new recipe in my head since I left work.

Ok how does this sound to you guys?

Chevil (mild french goat cheese) stuffed ravioli.
Braised lamb cheeks or shins
Stewed early girl tomatoes
Red pepper and hot pepper coulis
Garnished with chiffinoded basil and crispy garlic chips

Keep in mind it's going to be one composed plate with everything stacked.

How long will it take you to bring it to the DC area?

If I never have to drive toward DC, Baltimore or BWI again in my life it will be too soon.

Traffic is only bad on the Maryland side.

Unless you mean compared to most other places in the country.

Well I've lived in Philly and traffic is terrible, Orlando it's even worse, NYC it's really bad, but I never drive when I go, but something about the beltway makes me want to murder people.
